Robotics, simulation and field devices are dual-use. They can train, evaluate and, if unbound, act. Blackbook stages that action: missing pose, lost authority or an unverified world-model holds the actuator. Fluency does not fly the vehicle.
Overview
The sealed video stack already run on NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell is the current physical-AI evidence: reconstructible hashes, GPU-resident workloads, fail-closed promotion. NVIDIA Cosmos is the named next implementation to close the world-model and simulation delta. SkyReels-class video generation on that same accelerated lane supports aviation and mission-replay simulation without promoting a generated frame into live control. VIDERIS is the field-custody lane: a receipted device and stack, specification and bill of materials, not a fabricated product claim. Environments stay constitutional: sandbox, staging, production and archive do not collapse.
