If you contact Mediator, the information you provide may be used to identify the organization, respond to the request, establish scope, evaluate fit, maintain the communication record, and protect the company or its systems.
PRIVATE MATERIAL
Not through the public route
Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, regulated records, customer datasets, evidence files, exploit material, or other sensitive source material in an initial public request. A controlled intake path is established when needed.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Infrastructure has processors.
Mediator uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate public and private systems. Those providers may process information within the service they supply and their applicable contractual/privacy terms. Public product pages do not imply that every provider has access to every Mediator system or customer record.
SECURITY REPORTS
Use the security channel.
Good-faith vulnerability reports concerning Mediator-owned assets can be sent to [email protected]. Do not include unrelated third-party data or unnecessary personal information in a report.
Requests for customer security validation are governed separately by the security testing terms.
RETENTION & RIGHTS
Keep what is operationally necessary.
Mediator may retain communications, access requests, security reports, contractual records, and operational logs for business, security, legal, accounting, dispute, or evidentiary needs.
