The written scope is the operating boundary.
Services can include implementation, integration, validation, analysis, migration, recovery or other bounded technical work. The engagement document controls what is actually authorized.
Customer dependencies
Access, information, approvals and third-party permissions remain explicit customer dependencies where applicable.
Deliverables
Outputs and acceptance criteria are defined by the engagement.
Security engagements
Active testing requires the additional security-testing and Rules of Engagement boundary.
IP & reuse
Pre-existing tools and reusable system components remain separate from customer-specific deliverables unless agreed otherwise.
