WHAT IT DOES

Issue a controlled record. Preserve how it was handled.

BBS packages source and derived artifacts into a delivery bundle. The bundle can include file-role manifests, cryptographic hashes, append-only handling receipts, timestamps, and recipient verification instructions.

  • Controlled intake and issuance
  • Evidence custody without rewriting source artifacts
  • Hash and file-role manifests
  • Handling and delivery receipts
  • Portable verification instructions

WHO IT IS FOR

Records that cross teams, counterparties, or review boundaries.

01

Legal operations

Controlled packet preparation and custody for reviewable matter records. BBS does not determine legal meaning.

02

Compliance operations

Attributable issuance and receipt records for controlled workflows. BBS does not certify compliance.

03

Enterprise records

Portable manifests and receipts for records moving between internal and external operators.

04

Regulated workflows

Infrastructure for explicit handling boundaries where governing authority remains with the customer.

THE INSTRUMENT

A delivery bundle with its own handling record.

01Source artifacts

Referenced or copied without mutation; role and filename preserved in the manifest.

02Derived artifacts

Clearly distinguished outputs generated during controlled handling.

03Manifest

Structured index of files, roles, sizes, hashes, and generation metadata.

04Receipts

Append-only records describing actions, timestamps, states, and identifiers.

05Verification instructions

Recipient-facing steps for checking bundle contents and recorded hashes.

VERIFICATION

Verify the package. Do not overstate the conclusion.

A recipient can compare the supplied manifest and cryptographic hashes with the delivered files, then review the associated handling receipts. A matching hash supports file-integrity comparison; it does not independently establish truth, authorship, legal validity, or compliance.

BLACKBOX SYSTEMS does not certify truth, decide meaning, provide legal advice, or replace the customer’s governing authority.

COMMERCIAL ENGAGEMENT

Define the record, recipient, custody boundary, and required output.

Mediator Solutions operates the commercial inquiry rail. Sensitive records should not be sent through the initial inquiry.
